You leave the cart out. That is the whole thing we ask.
The night before, so the cart goes out as usual, just like any other collection day.
We run behind the municipal truck, so the cart is empty when we reach it.

Extra carts cost less than the first. The expensive part of a visit is the drive, not the wash — once the truck is at your curb, the second cart takes two more minutes.
SparkBin is a residential trash cart cleaning service based in Wentzville. We do one thing, on a fixed route, for houses in St. Charles County.
Bin cleaning is a route business. It works when the truck runs a tight loop and every stop is a few houses from the last. Chasing commercial dumpsters across the county breaks the route and makes the residential service worse, so we do not.
One tight route across St. Charles County. If you are on it, we are already on your street every week.
If yours is not here, call us at (636) 557-4077.
A one-time cleaning is $35 for the first cart and $20 for each additional cart. The monthly plan is $20 per cart, and the quarterly plan is $28 per cart. Extra carts cost less than the first because the expensive part of a visit is the drive, not the wash.
SparkBin serves houses in Wentzville, O'Fallon, St. Charles, St. Peters and Lake Saint Louis, Missouri, all in St. Charles County. If you are not sure your street is on the route, send us your address and we will tell you the same day.
No. Leave the cart at the curb on your normal collection day, the same as always. We come after the city truck, wash the cart and put it back where we found it. You do not need to move or rinse anything.
We wash them at the curb with pressurized water heated to about 200°F and a biodegradable cleaning solution. Inside, outside, the lid and the rim. The heat is what kills the bacteria and removes the smell, not the soap.
No, and we will not tell you otherwise. Our unit does not capture the wash water; it stays where the cart is washed. We use as little as the job needs and a biodegradable solution. Some services in this industry claim to haul the water off-site, so it is worth asking them how.
No. There is no term commitment, no sign-up fee and no cancellation fee. You can cancel any time by phone or email, and we do not charge you for anything after the period you already paid for.
We cannot wash a cart that still has trash in it. If that happens we call or text you the same day. If the missed visit was our mistake, we come back at no charge.
Tell us your address and how many carts you have. We answer the same day and give you a flat price, no visit needed.
